Change of Mind:
Although we understand that sometimes you'll simply change your mind about a product, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or issue a refund in these instances due to the nature of the products we sell.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
Although we handle all products with a large degree of care and kindness, in the unfortunate instance where you do receive damaged or faulty products, we will happily replace it or refund you in full in line with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (1993). In the unfortunate instance that you receive products that do not match those purchased in your Kind Beauty invoice, we will happily correct this for you.
To facilitate a return or request a refund in any of these instances, please get in touch with a photo of your faulty products via email@example.com and we will advise on next steps.
